By accessing and using KeroTools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
KeroTools provides free, browser-based image and PDF tools including compression, conversion, and editing. Image tools and most PDF tools run locally on your device. A few PDF tools (such as PDF to Word and Word to PDF) process on our server: the file is uploaded over HTTPS, converted, and deleted right after processing. Reasonable file-size and rate limits apply to keep the service available to everyone.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any files you use with our tools. You must not use our service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose, and must not attempt to overload, abuse, or disrupt the service or its servers.
4. Intellectual Property
The KeroTools platform, including its design, code, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to images you process using our tools.
5. Limitation of Liability
KeroTools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including data loss or image quality changes.
6. Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
